Winding up Baywest Glazing to remove Acro Conflict of interest
As you may have heard, Baywest Glazing has stopped bidding on projects and will exit commercial glazing after fulfilling existing contracts. We took this action because:
Of the conflict Baywest had bidding against clients of its related co, Acro Aluminum;
We are passionate about developing great glazing systems and supply chain networks
There are great glazing install companies out there who are being under served by the existing glazing suppliers.
When we started commercial glazing 3 years ago, we were frustrated by the poor service, high prices and lack of innovative products that suppliers offered; it was a 3 month wait for a door that didn’t support the air, water, and thermal requirements of building designers! This experience led us to invest a great deal of time and money developing our own line of curtain wall, storefront, hardware, and thermal door noted below.
